CHRISTINE PERSONAL BRAND

When starting over feels impossible.

I've been there. I know the exact sweat-inducing, pulse-racing feeling you are going through at this moment in your life. You're ready for a change, but you can't quite seem to comprehend that this is even where you are in your current life - let alone think of a plan for the next one.

That's exactly why working with me by your side can help ease your worry, and restore your trust in yourself on the journey ahead. You are capable of more than you realise, you just need someone to help you discover that for yourself again.

I assure you I wasn't always this confident.

It took me years, if not decades to find my true self and once I did, I was committed to never living another day without her. I've raised my beautiful children, I've bravely left two marriages and I have started over even when I was lost, scared, and had no clue what was next for me.

In those moments, I wished that there had been someone to help me through to the other side of my next chapter. So that's exactly why I have a passion to help you unlock your confidence, and find out what really lights you up so that together we can step into your next chapter with clarity and a plan.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"Having you as my coach helped me to stop spinning, untangle my strings and get into a space where I was actually calm enough to look at the beautiful view, the endless blue sky and the chequerboard of fields beneath me. Suddenly I found I was enjoying the exhilaration of being free. It felt like flying, not falling. I didn't know exactly where I was going to land and still don't,  but I'm pulling the strings and I have everything I need to land in that lovely field of corn over there. "

My Story

I have a penchant for recreating my life. It was never about escaping from myself, but rather having that burning sensation that there was always much more to me than I was currently experiencing. It felt like I was seeking a kind of leveling-up. I never wanted to settle. I never wanted my life to be just "OK".

So I know what it's like to feel stuck, unfulfilled, frustrated, depressed, addicted, generally disliking myself. In fact sometimes very low indeed. I completely understand depression and in my early 20s I called it "a suppression of energy". Because back then, when my study of the mind was just beginning, I understood enough to know that when we suppress our authentic energy, we will suffer in one way or another. That's when I changed my strategy from wallowing and dwelling to challenging what I was suppressing and flicking the psychological switch. It hasn't and continues not always to be easy, but I know that I have the tools to deep dig and recreate whenever I choose. The result of this process means I get to experience more of myself and more of what I am capable of.  Always discovering. Always progressing.

After two failed marriages and moving countries in between whilst raising two children, I have been confronted several times in my life with the 'need' to reset, Times when I thought it would be a 'happily ever after' situation turned out to be quite different and after crying horribly for days, I made the choice to press the reset button.

CHRISTINE PERSONAL BRAND

In 2020 I took a whole year out for me…. I took part in seminars, I got therapy, I did online courses. I got all the help I needed to move forward in a better way than ever before. I learned to heal pain, I learned to see what was actually inside of me, what was hiding and was desperate to come out. I learned to take ownership of who I am in all relationships and scenarios and to make choices in alignment with my authentic self instead of putting others first.

CHRISTINE PERSONAL BRAND

I just love recreating my life - not escaping it but expanding on who I really am.

My physical and emotional wellbeing have been at the top of my list since my teens. Watching family members suffer in both arenas led me to realise that creating a solid foundation of good health contributes to a more vibrant life.

I highly value self-awareness and presence and from my own experience and learnings know for sure that these two things greatly improve the quality of our lives.

PROGRESS… in any part of our life it’s all abo PROGRESS…
in any part of our life it’s all about patience. We don’t seem to have much these days, myself included! But I’ve stuck with stretching for a while now and I’m coming up to one year of dedicated Yoga practice. I do this for the sake of vitality and longevity. The sentence: “As we get older we need to be careful with exercise” is total BS. The fact is we have to move. We must include mobility in our day. Staying flexible keeps us agile. A bit of strength training and cardio will keep our heart serving us well. Don’t buy into societal beliefs that tell us we are done after 60. We are so NOT done. We are in fact blooming even more. If you haven’t yet and are not sure, just make a start of some sort and NEVER judge yourself. Listen to your body and go slowly but surely. Those last two photos are the difference between then and now, so I’m pleased with my progress ❤️ #womenover50 #fitover50 #yoga #flexibility #vitality #keepmoving
There is nothing like knowing someone has our back There is nothing like knowing someone has our back, no matter what. As a child that could be a parent, a family member, or a friend. As we get older it might also be our life partner. Whoever it is, it’s damn good to know that someone is always going to be there no matter how much we mess up. They simply trust that we can do better. They trust in our human nature to step up and be the person we are capable of being. I needed that as a young girl and for me that person was my Grandma. She was the one who told me “There’s no such word as can’t”! She gave me hope. She made me realise I can be whoever I want to be. Who is the person that believes in you? And if you think you don’t have one, well… I certainly believe in you ❤️ #gotyourback #trustinyourself
Autumn layering… Have fun with your clothes this Autumn layering…
Have fun with your clothes this Fall. Take a day out shopping to discover what feels good, what YOU feel good in and not what others say you should be wearing. Clothes are an expression of who you are and what’s better than showing up fully expressed! ❤️ #fashionover50 #fullyexpressedwoman #showupforyourself
Why aging women need to take their focus off of we Why aging women need to take their focus off of weight loss and onto muscle strength…
I see and hear women of all ages getting stressed about their weight gain and rather than nourishing their bodies with nutritious food they are panicking about when they can have their next piece of cake or glass of wine. My advice? Eat more nourishing foods - if you don’t know what they are look it up! Put the scales away and shift your focus onto how many different ways you are willing to move your body and how you can increase muscle mass through strength training, yoga, Pilates, whatever takes your fancy. The important thing is variety, so don’t just stick to one thing. Add a variety of ways to move all the different parts of your body, and make sure you are adding weight resistance to your routine. If you don’t you are going to suffer more injuries and breaks as you age. Just running marathons won’t help your all round strength. Strength training can reduce the risk of osteoporosis and the right trainer can help show you the right exercises if you already have it. Stronger muscles protect your bones. Move all the muscles and joints regularly. Eat cake and ice-cream once in a while - I do. I don’t drink alcohol but enjoy the odd glass of wine if you want to. Live well. Age well ❤️ #ageinggracefully #womenover50 #strengthtraining #exercise tips
If you’re feeling good today, pass it on. Smile If you’re feeling good today, pass it on. Smile at anyone, don’t wait for the occasion. Cheer up the check-out girl (or boy), not everyone is feeling it every day and sometimes they just need a bit of kindness to come their way. Share the love ❤️ #sharethelove #smile #smileyourdayaway
